I’ve always known that one day I wanted to design prints for fabric or for some lovely notebooks, because I do like nice fabric and nice notebooks. I had no idea this was call Surface Pattern Design. Until earlier this year when I bought “I just like to make things” by Lilla Rogers after reading an article with her in Uppercase magazine. All of the sudden this thing that I had always wanted to do had a name! I had already visited the Lilla Rogers website after reading the magazine article and I had found the Make Art That Sells (MATS) courses. Of course I wanted to go for it, but unfortunately I don’t own a little donkey that poops gold (this is a very rough translation of a silly Flemish saying ).
But earlier this week I received an email announcing a birthday sale. Lilla Rogers Studio School is turning one! Hooray! Happy birthday, Studio School! To celebrate their first anniversary they offered a huge reduction on the courses for a limited time. I looked at my bank account, made some calculations, stared at my bank account some more and decided to take the plunge. It’s an investment in my future. A huge investment, but I know it’ll be worth it!
Want to join me in this course?
